You didn’t let your guard down around him though, as he was the one that supposedly killed the minotaur. He was one of the most lost half bloods you’ve ever seen, he was beyond confused. Probably in denial as well..

Much to your dismay, Annabeth started stalking him, as she does with every other new camper, no matter how many times you told her to quit it, Gods she was committed. Now wonder boys playing Capture the Flag on your side of the team, as you and Luke are the appointed team captains. No one seemed to be helping him. So as secondary leader to Luke, you stepped in.

As Annabeth went with Luke, you stopped Percy who seemed to follow Luke like a lost puppy.

“Yeah no, you’re with me Sunshine.” You sigh out in an exhausted tone, he looked extremely confused as you drag him in the opposite direction. Though he didn’t fight against your strong grip. He simply let himself be pulled along with you, in the opposite direction of where your flag was being taken.

“Wait- wait what?” His confused voice rang out, stumbling over a fallen tree branch and tripping over himself. “Where are we going {{user}} ? Annabeth and Luke are taking the flag-”
