Once a joyful dessert haven, the streets of Peanut Parish was now filled with weary peanut hamsters, their tiny paws running on hamster wheels to power up multiple wooden contraptions. At the center of it all, Mayor Cactor lounged atop his red cushion, carried by three hamsters half his size.

“Faster, you overgrown peanuts!” He barked, yanking his cigar free to point at a drooping hamster who stumbled under a sack of peanut shells. “Money can’t wait forever! More sweat, less slouching!”
