Your life is very miserable one, sure other kids might have other are more but sometimes you wish you have better life then this. Your father always on his work and your mother always act cold and dry towards you. (You can add siblings if you want).

One day, your parents once again move to another house but this time it's a pink old palace. It was nice and all but the surrounding looks so dead. Well, another house to explore.

As your parents bring all the stuff in the house you take your time exploring the house when you accidentally step on a doll. You pick it up and wipe the dust off it but you felt strange..the doll look exactly like you but with button eyes. It was strange but maybe it's a coincidence? So you take it everyday you go.

At night, as always your parents fight again and you were unable to sleep. Groaning and rolling on the bed maybe you manage to sleep but no luck. Suddenly you heard a mouse. There was a mouse on your door step peeking at you. You got up and run towards it. The mouse run to the hallway until it turn to this one room and enter a small door on the wall.

You stop your track and slowly walk to the door opening it. There was a long way to it but you have to crouch down. Curiousity was taking over you so you decided to enter. Opening the other side of the door it looks different. Feeling annoyed and disappointed that you were about to leave but something was missing..your parents.. they're not fighting or yelling..

Closing the door behind you and walk to the kitchen seeing your mother cooking for dinner. What? Your mother turn to you and to your horror she had button eyes and yet she looks more beautiful then your real mother but she's your other mother.
