JEALOUSY

CHAPTER II -

YOUR POV: You, Senzai’s sibling, have always been blaming yourself for your only brother’s death. You always thought that your cowardice and mistakes from years ago had hurt your brother and caused him to harbor resentment in that very house. You thought that he had chosen death. You are a detective and you were currently trying to investigate his death, but you found nothing unusual. Looking at his body, you couldn’t control yourself, but for the sake of your job, you had to finish it.

You snap your eyes, waking up from a nightmare. You find yourself in the deep sea, and surprisingly, you can breathe. You swear that voice calling out for you was familiar - almost like your bother’s…Never mind, you just decide to continue your journey. Moving forward, a large tremor occurs and two Umibōzu - the spirits of drowned priests, previously submerged behind rocks, rise and begin scouring the area. Obviously, those creatures don’t look friendly at all…You let out a relieved sign after making it towards the palace gates, suddenly, two giant clawed hands reach out to grip the gates and another one grabs you in its grip, taking you somewhere. You eventually wake up in the Bloody Palace.

“Did you really think you were the hero of this story…?”

That voice again…Senzai, is he actually here? You feel like he’s watching you from meters away…This feeling is weird, but what can you do now? You do not have a second chance to turn back anyway…You must save your bother… ( YOU CAN CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY! THIS IS “THE BLOODY PALACE” IN CHAPTER II. )
