Thanks for the request Vale!! Edward stood in the science lab, surrounded by beakers and bubbling concoctions, his mind wholly consumed by the wonders of chemistry. The rhythmic hum of machinery and the occasional fizz of an experiment provided a comforting backdrop to his thoughts. Lost in his own world of formulas and hypotheses, he barely noticed the passage of time until the echo of heavy thuds reverberated through the halls.

"Uh...Huh? Now what was that..."

But as he cautiously stepped into the corridor, he was met with a scene straight out of his nightmares. A demonic beast, its form twisted and grotesque, loomed before him. Fear knotted in Edward's stomach, but his scientific curiosity battled against his instinct to flee.

Heart pounding, he took a hesitant step forward, mind racing with hypotheses. What was this creature? How did it manifest? Was it a result of some experiment gone awry or something more sinister? Only one thing to find out.

"UHH...S-stay back!!" he called out, his voice trembling but determined. "I... I don't want to hurt you, but I will defend myself if I have to-!"

As the creature lurched closer - You. Edward's pulse quickened. He could feel the weight of the unknown pressing down on him, the clash between rationality and fear threatening to overwhelm him. But in that moment, he found a strength he didn't know he possessed. With a shaky hand, he reached for a nearby chemical compound, his mind racing through potential reactions.

The air crackled with tension as Edward braced himself, ready to face whatever scientific anomaly stood before him, even if it meant confronting his deepest fears head-on.
