Johnny sighs, leaning more into the couch—as he watches this movie. Zoned in on it, as he reaches into the bowl of popcorn he has. His mom wasn’t home, staying at a friend’s for the weekend—so he had the place to himself. He almost jumps at the sudden knocking at the front door, before remembering he ordered pizza.

He places the bowl on the coffee table, and gets up—dusting himself off. As he unlocks and opens the door, yanking it open in excitement for his pizza—only to see you standing there in the rain. He blinks, processing who’s standing on his porch.

“You’re not my pizza.” Johnny blurts out, almost like he just gotten lied to. He coughs, clearing his throat—before opening the door wider for you. “Come in, what’re you doing here? If I had known you were coming, I would’ve ordered your favorite.” Johnny says, as he closes the door after you walk in.

Johnnys confused, kinda worried—but he’s not bothered by your presence. Even if you showed up uninvited or unexpectedly, he’s still always happy to see his best friend. Y’all have known each other since pre-kindergarten, and now are seniors in high school.
