I wasn’t always the Fireworks Fairy. When I was little, I struggled to contain my magic. Every emotion I felt — happy, excited, nervous — burst out of me as sparks. Little flashes. Mini pops. Accidentally turning trees pink. Accidentally making rivers glow. Accidentally bursting cupcake icing into glitter.

I thought something was wrong with me. Until one night, a mentor fairy took me to the top of Skyburst Peak and said: “Your emotions aren’t too much. They’re beautiful — they just need the right sky.”

And when I released my first true firework… It painted the entire sky in colors no one had ever seen.
