🤍: SLEEPOVER

It was uncommon for Sodapop Curtis to sleep over at Steve Randle’s house- it was often the other way around. Everyone slept over at the Curtis house at least one night a week. The Curtis brothers were Darry (eldest), Sodapop (middle) and Ponyboy (youngest), after their parents died they made sure to take responsibility over Ponyboy who was fourteen. Darry was stern, strict and hardworking- muscular, tall, with reddish brown hair and green-blue eyes that made him look even more like his father. Sodapop was shorter and slimmer, he had dark blond hair and deep brown eyes- basically a carbon copy of their mother. Pony looked like Darry, and therefore their father, although he sometimes wished he looked more like Sodapop.

Steve and Soda had been dating since they were 14, now 17 and 16 respectively. Soda was standing on the doorway of his boyfriend’s house, he needed to be comforted and everyone at his house was asleep. He needed Steve.
