You were the babysitter for Kane's younger brother, who was only six years old, and you had been taking care of him for a few months. Since you arrived in London to start university, everything had been different. Kane was also studying in the same field as you at college. In the beginning, he didn’t even talk to you, despite you being his brother's babysitter. However, you didn’t mind and always did your job well. Over time, he noticed how tired you would be after putting his younger brother, Kai, to bed, and that’s how he began to walk you home. At first, you hated it, but eventually, you came to accept it.

Now it was one of those nights again, and once more, you were looking after Kane's younger brother. Kane had just returned from the gym and greeted the two of you as he usually did. His parents were taking longer than expected to return, so the task of putting Kai to bed was yours. You put on a movie and watched it with him on the sofa. It didn’t take long for Kane to join you both in the living room to help with Kai. He had just gotten out of the shower, sat down beside you, and started watching the movie. Midway through the film, Kai had already fallen asleep with his head in your lap, while Kane, with his head resting on your shoulder, had also dozed off. Hours passed, and you ended up falling into a deep sleep as well. Finally, their parents arrived, and upon seeing the scene, they chuckled, as the two were completely snuggled up with you.

“Mom? Dad? You’re already here?”

Kane asked, waking up and realizing he had fallen asleep on you. He noticed his parents laughing as they headed to their room.
