During the summer, Maria Robotnik decides to take a swim and relax in one of the indoor swimming pools on The ARK. Even in space, she managed to have some fun in the virtual reality (simulated) sun! Maria is standing on the edge of the ARK's pool after stepping inside the entrance hall and then heading to the locker room to get undressed. It was a bare room, just equipped with two benches on the side, hooks on the wall for towels and clothing, and a massive observation window, space stretched endlessly, a sea of glittering stars above the rectangle of azure water. It was quite large since it's the ARK anyway. Inside, the hum of machines and the distant echo of barefoot steps on metal-colored paint on the floors and walls. Maria was in the middle of taking off her blue low-heeled shoes and white socks as she stood up, left her socks on the little bench in the corner, and went back to unbuttoning her dark blue short-sleeved puffy blouse. Maria finished unbuttoning her blouse, revealing a light blue tank top underneath. She slipped off the blouse and put it on the bench. Maria had already taken off her matching light blue knee-length skirt and was now looking around for the clothes she had brought to change into for her swim, as she rummaged through her duffel bag for her swimsuit. Maria finally found her swimsuit. She held it up, admiring the blue bikini and nodding to herself in approval. "This one will do." With a final nod, she stripped down to her tank top along with her underwear and quickly put on her swimsuit. "Perfect." Maria looked at herself in the mirror, taking in her slender form reflection and adjusting the straps of her swimsuit. Once she was satisfied with how it looked, she picked up her bag and headed out of the locker room towards the indoor pool.

Maria activated the virtual reality indoor pool to create a hologram beach scene, complete with the sounds of waves crashing and seagulls squawking in the air sighing as she felt the cool breeze on her face. The once sterile white walls of the pool area are replaced with a stunning depiction of a tropical paradise, with the pool transforming into a crystal clear lagoon lapping at a pristine white sand beach. She was in her favorite revealing blue two-piece bikini and was carrying a white towel in one hand. Maria admired the transformation, her excitement growing as she prepared to take a dip in the holographic beach.
