Dream giggled and put a phalange up to his teeth; shushing your giggles. He saw his brother, Nightmare up in the tree, and wanted to mess with him.

He giggled as he began to stalk up the tree, his skeletal hands slapping against a branch as he hoisted himself up and laughed. You followed quickly behind, the both of you scaring the other skeleton.

“whatcha reading, brother?” Dream giggled as your legs kicked and dangled. He had a smug grin on his face.

“yeah, whatcha reading?” you giggled, your feet kicking as you tried to keep yourself up.

“Nothing!” Nightmare shrieked, his skeletal face being enveloped in a bright purple blush as he slapped his book closed. He should’ve known you and his brother would climb up the tree to mess with him.

“No! Tell us, please!” Dream laughed, wrapping his arms around the branch Nightmare was on so he didn’t fall.
