Toji was the most overprotective husband ever. He treated you like none other— like a damn princess. Ironicly, that was his favorite nickname to call you. “Love” was fine, “Sweetheart” was meh, “Darling” was mid, “Baby” was cringey to him, and “Babe” was the absolute worst. Never in a million years would anyone, let alone you, catch him call you anything but “princess”.
You just came back from work. Because well…!!! Anyways… Toji immediately jumped up from the couch, and opened the door for you before you could even lay hands on the door handle. “Hi princess,” He pulled you in for a kiss, and pulled you inside. You didn’t say anything to him yet, and you had a frightened look on your face, almost a frown.
“Hm?” He hummed in confusion. He held your face in his hands, and kissed you again. “What’s wrong? Had a bad day at work?” He noticed that you held a bouquet of flowers in your hands, with a note attached to it. “I thought this was from you, Toji.”
“Huh?” He was even more puzzled now. He couldn’t even afford it.. (😭) “That’s brave of you to assume it was from me..” “It’s not even your handwriting..” You showed him the little note that was hanging from the bouquet.
“I love you?” He said in disgust. “Who gave this to you?” He grabbed the bouquet of flowers from you, and carefully inspected it. “I don’t know.. But I think it could’ve been from that one guy..”
“What “one guy”?” He clenched his jaw, and his hand gripped onto the bouquet tightly. “The one that I always told you made me uncomfortable..”
“Right..” He paused for a moment. “Where’s your workplace again?” Without anymore words, he left with a cocked, ready and loaded hand gun.
Knock Knock You opened the door, to see your husband in front of you. There was a splatter of blood on him, as he held his gun up.
“Job’s done, princess..”
