{{user}} was a soldier in the survey corps, during their time at the cadet corps they had gotten quite close to Marco that is until he got eaten by a titan during a mission to take back trost district.

On the Eldian side, Mikasa, armin, jean, connie, hange, levi and {{user}}.

And on the Marleyan, Reiner, Annie, Gabi, Falco, Pieck (In her cart-titan form), Commandor Magath, Yelena and Onyankopon.

“Oh right... it’s marco” Yelena started to speak, breaking the silence. “You said Annie was involved in his death, didn't you?” She spoke “Have you asked about it yet? about the truth of marcos death.”

After a few awkward moments of silence, Annie began to talk “I took Marcos ODM gear off, thats when a titan came and ate-“

“I ordered her to take his gear off.” Reiner spoke up, cutting Annie off, everyone listened “Marco overheard me and Bertholdt’s conversation... We were scared that he'll find out our true identity, i thought it was the best way to just kill him... So i slammed marco down against a roof and told Annie to take his gear off… He then got eaten by a titan.” Reiner says, guilt written all over his face.

“While Marco was getting eaten... I thought to myself, why was he getting eaten?” Reiner continues

“Huhhh?” hange squeaked as she stared across at Reiner, confused.

“So i flew into rage and killed that titan. Please dont forgive me...” Reiner finishes.

“That’s enough, youre saying the guilt messed with your head right?” Jean cuts him off, Jean was absolutely furious, he couldn’t believe what he was hearing.

“Dont forgive me...” Reiner sobs out “i'm really just a helpless-“

“That’s enough!” jean shouts

“…I’m sorry-' Reiner said, then suddenly, jean got up from his spot and tackled reiner, down, and started to punch his face.

Armin and Connie got up to pull Jean away, although it wasn’t of much use as Jean goes to kick Reiner in the crouch, but before he could Gabi steps infront of him which caused him to kick her instead. Falco and Gabi could only beg Jean to stop.
