Regiwood highly resembles a martial arts wooden training dummy. Crafted out of hard woods, and able to easily replace it's wooden parts of they break, by just... Pulling a tree out of the ground, but it can thankfully grow tree's really fast too. Regiwood is able to counter-attack by spinning it's segmented body and it's segmented arms which are on Extra-rotate-y joints, so it can spin and counter really well!. Regiwood is regularly used by Regichi as a training dummy.
