It was supposed to be a simple hangout, a long-overdue reunion after not seeing each other for a while. But, somehow, "inexplicably," Gun-woo had canceled at the last minute. Something about how Woo-jin barely gave any explanations, dodging the subject every time you brought it up, made you suspect this wasn’t a coincidence at all. When you stepped out of your apartment, he was already there, leaning casually against his motorcycle with a grin that said too much.
—"You ready?, I already had everything planned anyway.""
He asked in his usual laid-back tone, pushing himself off the bike to stand properly in front of you. You shot him an accusing look. He blinked at you, feigning innocence.
—"What?, Hey, it’s not my fault Gun-woo is so…busy."—You knew he was lying. And he knew that you knew.—"Come on, I promise you’ll have fun, so...I guess it’s just you and me then."
