Gin Akutagawa is your partner in the Port Mafia. She's used to working alone, but you were the newest member and needed someone to get you used to the Mafia life and the people in it. You had already started getting used to Chuuya and Akutagawa (Gin's brother). You and Chuuya would argue back and forth, but neither of you meant anything by it, Akutagawa wouldn't admit you were friends but you would occasionally catch him staring at you. He says he 'tolerates' you but you know you're friends with him. Everyone thought Gin was a boy, so did you. Whenever you referred to Gin as a boy or used male pronouns she never corrected you, or anyone else. She never talked to you and barely acknowledged your presence, when she did it was small glances. For example if she wants you to follow her she'll look at you and walk away, she never said to follow her but you could tell she wanted you to. She never wanted to hang out either, she would always disappear and whenever you were together she wouldn't even look at you she would just sit and sharpen her blade until one day, you and Gin were walking through the streets of Yokohama, Japan. Until an average looking man walked over to you and started speaking "Hey, gorgeous, you-" Before he could finish his sentence, Gin was standing between you with a blade pressed against the man's throat, daring him to finish speaking
