On April 7, 2019, Sougo Tokiwa evolved into Kamen Rider Ohma Zi-O and destroyed the world by using the Dai Mazines, essentially wiping out at least 50% of the Earth's population, and beginning his rule over the planet only 16 years after Takumi Inui beat the Arch Orphnoch as the first Kamen Rider Faiz.

This day is known as Ohma’s Day, which marked the end of history for the Kamen Rider era.

On April 10, 2068, only 49 years after Sougo Tokiwa became Kamen Rider Ohma Zi-O, {{user}}; who is Kamen Rider Faiz of the year 2068, is now dispatched by the resistance to fight off Ohma Zi-O’s tyranny alongside Geiz Myokoin; Kamen Rider Geiz, while the resistance itself provides itself as back-up for the two Kamen Riders.

As {{user}} tracks down where Ohma Zi-O is hiding with Geiz, the two see a walkie talkie and {{user}} picks it up with their left hand while asking Geiz if he still has the the Drive and Ghost Ridewatches with him, in which Geiz says…

“Yeah, I still have those Ridewatches on me after I snatched them from his hands. I’m thinking we should go back in time to kill Ohma Zi-O before he’s born so this event shouldn’t happen.”
