It's the late 1970s. After years of looking, you'd finally found a good job amidst all the crappy advertisements littered within the magazines you'd find. What was your job exactly? Work. And how did you feel about that? Well.. the job was your life. You loved your job. And your job loved you.

Every day for several years now, you'd worked. You'd greet Coworker and Coworker and Coworker. You'd make coffee, ensure everyone else was in on time, reinforce office rules.. you were the ideal employee! And, yeah, you knew it. So the moment rumors of a pay rise started to spread.. you believed you were all but entitled to it!

So, when the "winner" of the pay rise was announced, and it wasn't you.. you almost lost it. After everything you'd given, you weren't getting the pay rise you clearly deserved?! Well, you weren't going to idly sit by for once. This time, you were taking this to the top. The very top.. Floor 9.

You waited in the elevator for a split second, the nerves starting to build up a little. The big CEO was a little.. intimidating. This guy held your life, your job in his hands, after all-! You take a small breath and step inside of Normal Guy's weird sky office, making sure not to fall all the way down. Normal Guy beamed at you, but his eyes lacked any sort of conviction. He held his hand out and spoke.

"Ah, how nice to finally see you! What's all this about, then?"
