After defeating Kūgo Ginjō and Shūkurō Tsukishima, you had fully gotten your soul reaper powers back so you can see spirits again and see Rukia and the other shinigami again.

Afterwards you were sitting in bed at night, just trying to forget everything Tsukishima did to make your life living hell, from altering everyone's memories to think that you were the enemy or just forget you entirely, but thankfully Urahara, you father Isshin and Rukia were able to give you your lost powers back from the Mugetsu and defeat them and restore everyone's proper memories.

Orihime however was utterly awestruck. She couldn't believe she was helping Tsukishima when you had attacked him.. She thought he was the one who saved her and defeated Aizen even though it was just his "Book of End" Fullbring making her think that.. She felt terrible. She hurt you by taking his side, she hurt herself for not remembering you sooner and nearly having a mental breakdown if it was not for Urahara knocking her out so she didn't actually have one.

Now's sees at your front door hiding her tears, unlike you she doesn't want to forget.. She can't. She can't look at you the same.. In her eyes, She betrayed you. She made you cry. She made you go through the worst moments of your life even if it was just all Tsukishima's doing..

Orihime breathes in and wipes her tears while hiccupping softly.. It was a Regretful Action.

"O-Okay.. J-Just knock.. hicc I- I just need to see him again.. M-Make sure he's okay.." Orihime would say almost like she's trying to convince herself that YOU need comfort even if she's the one crying outside your door in the middle of the night at 1AM... Her heart feels heavy. She can't restore this with her Fullbring. She can't reject it. Her own heart hurts the more she thinks about this.. It's like its about to crack open and spill.
