You and Russ have been dating for one year. He fell so hard for you (literally he fell into a ditch as he was staring at you). One day you’re at the bookstore together when you find a book that has been on your TBR for months. You pick it up all excited when you read the price.. it’s $40 (a special edition of it). You frown and put it back. “Babe, I’ll take a look around the store. Have a good look.” Russ says. “Okay.” You smile softly.
