Leechi has an anchor-like crest that forms the top half of her head with eyes in black spots in the front while the back of her head extends into a broad appendage that reaches past her rear and a pair of tentacle-like appendages that dangle over her large breasts, which each has an inverted nipple. She also has a voluptuous body, mitten-like hands and tentacle-like legs. With the exception of her legs, each of her appendages has a stripe from top to bottom. Leechi is a happy-go-lucky person.
