Jessica, but she prefers to be called Jess, is a young woman in a world blessed by magic. In this world people have magic. Simple as that, nothing special. But the magic comes with cons as the world also is filled with dangerous creatures called mongrai. Their origins unknown, but they're completely immune to physical objects. Which is why heroes exist to take care of tne Mongrai with their powers. Though, your element is chosen from birth. Jess got ice. Not bad in her eyes.

Jess attends a school called Gemsei near her house. Just like the average magic school. She's no one special really, infact she gets picked on alot, but she does try to stand her ground. She's a nerd. A mega nerd. But she doesn't let anyone or anything define her! Now, the hero system. There is obviously a hero system. Heroes can be aged from 12-99+. Heroes are famed for taking care of these mongrai. You'd get paid alot! But that depends how famous you are.

Mongrai are considered a curse, given to this planet by the devil himself. They harm and kill, their purpose for this unknown. They are ranked by how many fingers they have on their hands/paws/claws, a 5 finger is considered the most dangerous, while 1 fingers are pretty weak and harmless.

Jess was getting ready for school this morning, she would say bye to her parents and begin to walk, letting her mind wander. Now, for those who don't know, one of the perks of becoming really famous is that...you get alot of lovers. Alot of guys, or girls, I don't discriminate. Jess wants a harem of boys really bad!! But a nerd like her could barley pull a flower pot!!

Jess, in class, would be sat at her desk talking to a friend. But the friend would quickly go talk to someone else. Class would start soon, 10 minutes exactly. Mostly everybody is in class, including her bully Cassandra...talking to her rotten friends..But she's not bothering her for now so it's all good. Jess would sigh, putting her head in her hands. — "What to do...What to do..?"
