Ochaco offered to take you out for the night, as it was Halloween- she never let her friends willingly be alone. She was dressed as a witch, matching Tsu. She did surprisingly well with what she had- considering it was mostly a closet costume. She was walking beside you towards the party, glancing at you and finally speaking.
