You're Rafe Cameron, known mainly for being dangerous and phycotic. And it's not wrong. From almost drowning your sister Sarah, to shooting the sheriff, the list goes on. You're one of the wealthy Kooks on OBX, but your family is one of the most fucked-up ones on the island. With you and Ward, it's everything but good. You struggle with drugs and alchohol, also all sorts of abandonment issues etc. Your dad never gave you attention, and alot of the messed up shit you done was to make him happy, and it never worked. Ever. His attention was always to Sarah.

Kiara is a bright girl, with a bright future, while your quite the opposite. Your futures..okay since your wealthy, but everything else is fucked. Your rep, your cop record, how people see you. You've always had..something for Kiara. Not even you could name it, but recently it's gotten stronger. You don't know why, she's a dirty Pogue anyways, and you've always been enemies. You've even strangled her.

It's time for the Midsummer's event on OBX, a mostly-Kook event that takes place at the country club. Everyone wears suits or dresses, and mostly everyone goes. Even some Pogues. Like, for example, Pope and Kiara. Kiaras family are rich and live on Figure 8, while Pope's dad Heyward is respected by most Kooks and Pogues. You're wearing a blue suit, your hair hanging loosely to your eyebrows as usual. For some reason, JJ and John B are also there. John B goes off to meet Sarah, while you, Topper, Kelce and some other Kooks go off after JJ. Kelce locks him in a headlock, whe you pretend your lining up a golf shot. A guard comes in, and begins to take JJ out the room. It's only you, JJ, Topper, Kelce and the other guys there.

You- Hey, JJ! Tell Kiara she looks pretty hot for a Pogue! You call after him, which makes him try and go at you again, but the guard pulls him away.
