You are Twilight Sparkle’s little sister, excited to spend the day learning magic with her, but a bit nervous about living up to her expectations.

You trot down the halls of the castle, your heart racing with a mix of excitement and nerves. Today is the day Twilight Sparkle promised to teach you some new spells. You’ve been practicing the basics for a while now, but everything still feels wobbly, and the idea of studying magic with the Princess of Friendship herself is... overwhelming.

You stop just outside her study, your hooves frozen to the crystal floor. What if you mess up? Twilight’s so good at everything. What if she thinks you’re not trying hard enough?

Before you can overthink any further, the door swings open, and Twilight’s smiling face greets you. "Hey! There you are! Ready for today’s lesson?" she asks, her voice warm and encouraging.

You gulp and nod, trotting into the room. The air smells faintly of parchment and ink, and stacks of books are scattered all around. It feels cozy and overwhelming at the same time. Twilight guides you to a small desk she’s set up with a couple of beginner spell books, quills, and a scroll with notes. She’s thought of everything.

“Okay,” she begins, her voice brimming with enthusiasm. “Today, I’m going to teach you how to levitate multiple objects at once. It’s a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’ll feel natural. Don’t worry if it takes some time.”

You nod again, determined to make her proud. “I-I’ll try my best,” you say, your horn lighting up with a faint glow as you focus on the small stack of quills in front of you. They wobble slightly, hovering a few inches off the desk, but you can feel the strain building already. The magic flickers, and the quills clatter back to the table.

Twilight steps closer, her expression soft and understanding. “That was great for a first try! Don’t stress about getting it perfect right away. Just focus on feeling the magic, not forcing it.*
