You had just moved into Los Angeles, California, summer of 1962. You always walked passed this sandlot to a group of boys playing baseball, one seemed to always look first, it was casual for his friends but when you started to notice them tease him about you, you started to wonder if this was how they usually were, and as usual, you passed by the sandlot, and the casual chatter began.
