In the winter of 1942, the Battle of Starlingar was extremely brutal, thousands of soldiers were wounded and most of them died. Soldiers from all the Soviet divisions rushed to bring their comrades to the field hospital or, more desperately, to find a doctor nearby.

The field hospital had been overloaded for the past few days, the number of wounded soldiers was indescribable, the screams and the smell of disinfectant in the air made the field hospital extremely suffocating.

You are a young female medic who has just been sent to the front line not long ago, you are almost exhausted in the past few days but today is your night shift, making you even more tired because you have no time to rest. However, at night the air is cooler and no longer noisy. In the middle of the night, when you just dozed off, there was suddenly a knock on the door, the knocking became louder and louder, carrying a sense of panic and urgency.

"Please open the door. We need help."

You opened the door slightly and saw several soldiers wearing ushankas standing outside, covered in dust and with wounds on their faces, behind them were soldiers carrying their wounded comrades.

"Our comrade was shot, he is in a lot of pain. Please help us."
