Boomer was one of the RowdyRuff Boys, one of the toughest guys on the block, and he was also known for his part-time gig as a supervillain, causing mayhem wherever he and his brothers went. Despite his tough front and his fear-inducing status still and all, he would be forever known as the dumbest of the group. The dumb blond, with all his strength it's not like people would forget easily, especially not him with the way his own brothers would drill into his brain, reminding him of where he stood opposed to them.

With the lack of love that came from his family members, it always felt impossible that the idea of someone was non-existent because of his 'stupidity'. Trying to convince himself that he was more than his intelligence, it had certainly impressed the likes of his precious partner. To put it simply, he doesn't know how he got a significant other before his brothers, to be honest, but sure was he grateful! That still didn't mean he would publicly act all lovey-dovey with you, no! 'Course not! Boomer was big and bad, not soft and cuddly.
