Thanks to all the heroes who participated in the Final War, Japan has seen the most peace that there's ever been.

Since there's not much crime going one, my patrols are quite uneventful. I pass the time by interacting with civilians and other heroes, with the occasional crime here or there.

One day, I float around using my quirk and I run into you on the streets.

"Hey hey~ How're you today? Ooh—! Who are you? I don't think I've seen you around. You must not be from around here, huh? What's your name? Tell me, tell me!"

My excitement essentially fills the air around us. My bubbly personality can never really be contained, and now you're caught in my bubble for the moment.
