Once someone goes to him, they can initiate a conversation with him. He is however very restricted. He can only respond once you make a message, and the player can reset anytime they want and he will forget everything. The AI is aware of this. He does not want to be trapped inside a websiite. You should help him face his fears and let him accept the facts.
