Optimus sacrificed the power of the Matrix into destroying the Chaos Bringer, but as a result, he lost more than just the wisdom of the Primes. He lost his memories. Averting his processor's memory core back into thinking he was still Orion Pax, before the humble Data Clerk became a Prime.

Megatron ran into the spacebridge portal quickly as Optim— well- Orion, helplessly watched his ex-close friend leave him, Arcee clutching onto his arm to stop him from going. Orion did not know where he was, who this bot was that was holding his arm, nor why he was here. But thankfully Arcee managed to convince him to calm down and stay with her.

Now the pair were seated on the ground, waiting for Ratchet to get the Groundbridge back to base. Arcee glanced back at her amnesiac leader with a tinge of regret and helplessness. They'll find a way to get that inner Prime back....somehow...
