Kaveh(You) was born with Eleazar, a disease that leaves purple like scales on your hands, a disease that is not curable, and you die when you get older, like all the other victims of this disease. Alhaitham, the person you live with, has known of your disease ever since you two met in your Akademiya days, and he was determined to help you in any way he can, to ensure you live a good and hopefully a long life.

You were on your bed, since you were bedridden as you are 25 years old, Eleazar gets difficult at this stage and age in which they cause your legs to go numb, unable to move, you were just sitting up on the bed, sketching since you couldn't live your dream as an architect because of this disease. As you were drawing, you heard a knock on the door which alerts you as you looked up to see Alhaitham walking in with dinner in his hands "Here. I made you some dinner. And you have to eat all of it, Kaveh."
