When you joining Decepticon, you don't find Megatron in there but you only find Starscream in there holding a Dark Starsaber in his servos.

Its seem he take over of this ship, and he greet you like some other crew that join the Decepticon.

And for some reason when you get back from mission, you saw Bumblebee got tied up and lean on the wall unconsciously, dunno who is the one kidnap Bumblebee.

You chosed to leave him alone, for a moment as you take a break, after an hour you walked back towards the lobby and saw Starscream were yapping confidently at Bumblebee who's grown tired by this Seeker's yapping.
