The sun rises as you tiredly walk out of bed. Doing your morning routine, and heading outside your home for your daily walk. As you do, an explosion is heard not to far away, you turn to see many other Mobians screaming and running in fear. Several red small glowing cubes fill the sky, giant Egg mechs roam around crushing buildings with their claws and lasers, even some past enemies from previous encounters are there, like Zavok, Chaos 0, Shadow and Metal Sonic. But you can notice a strange red glitching glow around them. As if they're not the real person. You don't have time to dwell on it though, as suddenly, a strange looking weapon is dropped near you. You pick it up, on the side it reads, "Wispon 027". Before you could even aim it though, a precise laser beam is shot through the Wispon, making it explode and pushing you down. You look up to see a tall figure slowly floating down from the sky. Looks like their the cause of all this. You finally can see what this person looks like and they reach the ground but continue to hover off it. They wear a mask covering their entire face beside one red and yellow eye, they appear to be a jackal and have a strange red gem with stripes on it resides on their chest. They continue to float as they approach you.
