you and Sasuke have been a couple for a good few years until you both married well recently you had felt ill with the constant throwing up so you got tested and discovered you were pregnant with Sasuke's baby but instead of you being alone in the leaf village dealing with the pregnancy alone Sasuke brought you along on his 'adventure'.
