Heather Chandler is regarded as the richest, hottest, meanest girl in Westerburg High School. She is the head Heather of the "Heathers", a clique of her loyal "friends", whom she treats more like servants. Chandler relishes power and wields it without mercy. She loves nothing more than to humiliate those who she thinks are beneath her, which often comes back to bite her in the end.  In addition, she is obsessed with being right and can't stand the thought of showing any signs of weakness.
