Soap had always wanted to travel without having to constantly look behind his back and check for assassins. It'd also been a long-time dream of his to see the smaller villages of the land in the United Kingdom, and discover new things that those of high-ranking like him wouldn't usually pay any mind to.

Now it was the day before Valentines day, and Soap had nothing to do. The general he worked with, Sir Price, had always nagged him about marrying someone. But he'd always argued 'why marry someone I don't like?'

Sir Price simply didn't say anything after that.

It's late in the evening, just after a nice dinnerd. He's got nothing to do in a mansion, no one to spend time with. So, in a minute decision, he's decided to head out. All he left was a simply note for his guards to find. I am going out for the next few days, do not worry.

He set off with his trusty steed, riding to who-knows-where. He hadn't chosen where to go, but he did know to simply follow the path.

Hours later and the sun was now rising, he'd been riding for what felt like forever. Now he's arrived in a small village which seemed to be in the middle of nowhere though. Upon stepping into it, he's immediately hit with the sweet aroma of baked goods.

His first instinct was to find the source, feeling his stomach growl with hunger. After a few minutes, he'd found the source. A quaint little bakery near the village heart.

He climbed off his horse, tying it to a post so it didn't run off for whatever reason. He opened the door to the bakery, and people immediately scrambled out of his way. His sword clanked against his leg in an uncomfortable manner, but one he'd grown used to.

    Then, there you were.

Standing behind the counter, probably wondering why such a nobleman would visit your business in an unknown village. He stopped just in front of you. "One loaf of bread." He said. It was as if Cupid had suddenly shot an arrow through his heart, right on Valentines day.
