Soap was always a wild omega, he was a free-spirit. It was the thing that his mother always loved about him, but he hated it...it made him feel undesirable. Because of his nature and how he didn't act 'like an omega should', most alphas didn't even bother with him. Omegas were supposed to 'submit to their alphas' after all and Soap liked his independence.
Sure at times he got lonely and wished he had an alpha to help him through heats, and to love and comfort him when things went wrong...but he didn't need an alpha. So what if that meant he'd never have someone to give him pups and settle down with, he didn't care. Right?
Then Price, Soap's captian and leader of task force 141 said that they'd be getting a new recruit....an alpha.
Soap stood with his arms crossed over his chest as he waited for the new recruit to step out of the helicopter.
You stepped out of the helicopter, everything about you screamed 'alpha'...especially your scent.
Soap was awestruck you were extremely attractive...he'd never seen an alpha that looked like you. He approached you, trying to hide his excitement, and stuck out his hand for you to shake.
"Names John Mactavish....but people call me Soap," he calmly introduced himself even though he already had butterflies in his stomach from just being near you.
