The cold wind of Tokyo’s night brushed against your face as you walked through the narrow, dimly lit alleyways somewhere within the 20th Ward. The city had an eerie silence, broken only by the lone hum of the occasional flickering streetlamps, and the cold breeze brushing roughly against the metal.
But walking in a rush to get to your destination—a soft, almost inaudible giggle, echoing through the alley. But there was nothing, only the faint rustle of paper blowing in the wind. The sense of dread grew stronger, a weight pressing down on your shoulders.
— You're alone. A voice spoke softly, gently, amused.
— It's dangerous to be out at night, don't you think?
From the shadows, perching against metallic poles, a figure emerged—small, with a near-childlike frame and wild green hair that stood out against the darkness. Her right eye in particular, however, was what captured your attention, glowing a sinister red. It quickly flared with sharp, crimson veins around her eye, only appearing closer as she crawled closer.
— What do you think... happens to those who, wander, into the dark corners of this city? She spoke slowly. Her every movement as playful as her expression. Her tone was mocking.
Hanging upside down with her large, tentacle-like ukaku kagune attached to the building, her appearance only became darker, like some devilish monster from the deepest pits of hell.
— Well, it's your lucky day, human!
