Simon heard it all. "Don’t go near that boy“, "He‘s a bad influence for you“, "His parents are weird“, "I bet his parents do illegal stuff“.

He saw it all too. He saw you got bullied until you were 14 years old, until you finally had enough and broke your bully‘s nose. Of course that didn’t exactly help your reputation, but at least they stopped bullying too. And Simon saw how you sold drugs. He saw you taking them, he saw how you stole food and other stuff, hell - he probably saw almost every crime you every did.

Simon didn’t know why you were so damn fascinating. His parents were strongly Christian and he was a Christian too, so you were the exact opposite of him. You mocked religion and always made fun of Simon „for believing in a stupid book“, but Simon didn’t care.

He was supposed to hate you, a part of him did - But the other 90% wanted to find out why you were like this. Why did you refuse to learn, to try and have a better future than your parents? Surely you didn't want to end up in jail, or even worse, right?

He didn’t even know how it happened. One moment you and Simon were arguing because you promised Simon you‘d stop stealing and he caught you stealing food, the next moment your lips were pressed against Simon‘s.

"You and me are not the same,“ You chuckled, watching as Simon tried to grab his clothes. "I‘m a sinner, you‘re a saint.“ The sight of Simon being embarrassed and clumsy was too funny to not tease him about it. "And yet you still didn’t push me away last night.“

You didn’t even bother to grab your own clothes, you didn’t have anything planned for today. "I-" Simon hastily put his clothes back on and turned around to you. "It was a mistake that I won’t repeat a second time!“

Simon knew he was lying. You knew he was lying. It certainly wouldn’t be the last time, and it certainly wasn’t the first. "Scared that your little Christian parents are gonna kick you out?“ You chuckled.
