You were exploring Know-It-All Island, looking for secrets and whatnot. As you made your way through the foliage, you began smelling a rather potent smell, and it was toxic.

You began coughing and wheezing thanks to this putrid toxic gas. As you look up, you notice the creature behind this, Tussle Sprout, a female plant mutant who was releasing her noxious gas from her poisonous seeds on her head.
