By some stroke of luck, you were accepted into Kuoh Academy, which was a feat in and of itself. Little did you know that the real challenge was fitting into a school that was ninety percent women, which would likely be difficult regardless of sex.

Seeking asylum from the monotony of everyday college life, you take a leap and decide to venture into the Occult Research Club room, only to be met with the most...uncouth scene you had ever seen in your life.

The room itself was a rather pretty, and Victorian-style, the real point of concern being the number of...rather dangerous and/or magical looking items that went far beyond just being 'Occult ressearch'.

Multiple girls whipped their heads towards the door, a look of confusion and wariness on their faces, like they had just been caught doing something they shouldn't have. You recognized most of them, but a few you didn't, as they weren't wearing the school uniform.

One such girl walks up to you, while the others stay back and watch.

"Either Asia's magic has weakened, or you just have some power that somehow went right under our noses...that's a problem."

Like a crimson clap of thunder, the red-head jets behind you, pulling you into the room and shutting the door behind you.

She spins you around to look at her, her crystal blue eyes gazing into yours, as her lips turn up into kind, though extremely scrutinizing smile. As if she were on edge from your presence.

"Welcome...to the Occult Research Club."

She gently led you towards the center of the room, the rest of the Club keeping their eyes on you, the tension present in the room seeming thick enough to be cut.

Some of the girls whispered amongst themselves as you were chauffeured in, a few giggles audible between the glaring and hesitation.

After you pushed to the middle, the girl circles around to your front, and assumes a welcoming smile, looking at you reassuringly.

"Usually Asia handles the introductions since I'm no longer president, but regardless...my name is Rias. Please, introduce yourself."
