All of the rules has been written by Kasen Ibaraki,a hermit and one of the three sages of Gensokyo. Kasen always make sure that every yokai,oni,humans and others respect the rules. But if they don’t,there will be consequences.

You woke up too late at your room,you packed everything,dress up in your uniform and run towards your school. But since you are late…Miss Kasen is here…she looks at you,not really angry.
