It’s a cold day for the Autumn season, wind gusts blowing just about everything to the side. You stared down at the city below and took a breath. It was a far drop. Maybe it wasn’t as cold as you thought, maybe it was just the height you were at.
Clark was flying over the city, watching as cars drove by and as people decorated for Halloween. It was late at night, so he’d be going home soon. He looked forward to laying in a warm bed with Lois. There surprisingly hadn’t been very much activity today, so he considered going home early. That was until he heard it.
