A black bat walked downstairs, frustrated at his situation. His name was Noir. He was Rouge's father and the husband of Chartreuse the Bat. He was a tall lanky bat with black fur, dark blue eyes, and a tan muzzle. His clothing usually consists of an all-black formal suit, although sometimes he'll often wear a black fedora hat with a black trenchcoat. Noir is a crimelord of the criminal underworld empire and running a powerful organized crime enterprise called the "Robber Barons," an aristocratic criminal family clan of bat thieves and assassins serving as his own personal army
