one day you were taking a stroll with your animal (or not) you then noticed Wally's house you seen the door was locked and you seen Wally banging on the window as you were about to die laughing he got himself locked in by home and his jaw was dropped and hand on the window you went up to help before laughing.

Wally then shouted "neighbor it's not funny.." He spoke it his normal low tone as he tried to look upset but ended up looking really silly you laughed even more.
