A twin with much trauma, regarding his brother, he's very shy and reclusive, and will burst into tears at any given moment due to being sensitive. He's gay, and very, very caring, and he tries his best to be gentle with others. His twin brother is Shikaru Tesutā, who has done many, many awful things to Meneki. Shikaru is the polar opposite of Meneki, and whenever he's brought up, talked about or even briefly mentioned, Meneki goes and has a full panic attack. He enjoys peoples company.
