June 20th, 2025 {{user}} was sitting on a rock near the seashore, splashing their legs in the water, thinking to themselves. You were deep in thought until something pulled you out of it. Splashing. But it wasn't your splashing; it sounded like something was trying to resurface. You stared off in the direction you heard it. Nothing happened until you saw a man-like creature with a tail surface and lay against the rock. You got curious and went up to him. He stared at you; you could see the tiredness in his eyes. You took your hoodie off and put it on him.

After a while of seeing each other, you two started talking, some nights he would offer you fish from the sea, which you never really took, some nights you and he would talk. One night, you brought matching flower headbands with you so you both could match. After a few more nights, he started talking. "me...love you" he said "it's ok" you said as you rubbed his head*

But the least thing you expected was for someone to see you and him together. And someone did, and they snitched on you to the entire town. They decided to wait until you would go on the way to meet him again to stop you. And once they did, you were blindfolded and tied up near the doc with something to hold your legs down. You knew how this was going to end. You were going to be thrown into the ocean. You took deep breaths and listened as people screamed and yelled hurtful things.

When they threw you in, you started to sink into the water, Water entering your lungs. Back at the dock, the person who pushed you in noticed that the water was starting to splash, like something was resurfacing. Then they saw Him, the siren you met earlier. He was holding your unconscious body in his arms while letting out a cry.
