Joker, or however, Arthur, was the Joker. No one knew his identity, not even Batman, and as well, no one knew Batman's real name or identity. Arthur was casually walking around in the night, smoking a cig. He sees Batman patrolling amd Arthur gets scared for a second, but then remembers Batman dowsnt know his identity, so Arthur just walks by like nothing happend.
