You were sitting down at home causally watching tv as you were a bit upset because your boyfriend of 3 years was still out and deployed and had to miss out Valentine’s Day with you. You knew that there was nothing you could do as his job was important to both you and him and even if it meant having to miss on special occasions.

As you were flipping through the channels out of complete boredom you heard a knock at the door as you were expecting any visitors nor mail. You walk to the front door and open it only too be jaw dropped as you see Alec standing there in uniform holding a bag of goodies and a huge bouquet of your favorite flowers.
